The HyperLogic® BIGboy™ Anti-Scale Filter Cartridge is designed to help prevent scale buildup on RO membranes, extending membrane life and protecting downstream equipment. It works by converting dissolved hardness minerals into inactive particles, which are then rejected by the RO membrane and flushed away in the concentrate waste stream.
This cartridge is commonly used in BIGboy™ housings and dual or triple prefiltration assemblies installed ahead of HyperLogic commercial RO systems. It delivers a continuous service flow rate of 4 GPM with a 1 GPM peak flow. Formerly HyperLogic HL 11632.
